About the Role

A Day in the Life : Quickly become an expert on the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions. Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion.

Responsibilities

Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work.

Solve complex technical implementations both independently and in a team environment.

Clearly communicate solutions back to clients through calls and email.

Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.

Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies.

Be a key stakeholder in building ZILL’s relationship with the client.

Managing implementation activities, including time commitment, budget and risk management.

Providing support to the project team ensuring all project documentation is current and up-to-date.

Responding to client issues and ensuring resolution of issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience as an Implementation consultant.

Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to grasp complex software and learn new technologies quickly.

Strong foundational knowledge in data analytics and interpretation.

Experience in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.

Prior experience working with international clients.

Knowledge of Survey Programming tools like Decipher and Confirmit shall be an advantage.

Certification or deep experience with the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform is highly desirable.
