Assistant Manager, Pricing and Analytics

As a  Pricing & Analytics resource  , your responsibilities will include  providing financial insights  and  projections to various stakeholders  ,  preparing pricing  for  new business opportunities  You  will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning

You will  prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations  that  provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made

Required Education and Work experience / Skills :

• Bachelors degree with MBA / CA and experience in finance or a related area Preferably CA
• Experience : Total of 4 to 7 Years  Relevant 3+ Years of experience in Ops finance, Pricing / Rate negotiation & Analytics
• Hands-on experience in  BPO Pricing & developing financial analysis
• A very good  understanding of finance and how P&L works, and cost goes to P&L
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• General knowledge of financial / operational principles
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
• Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization

Work Location  :   Bangalore / Hybrid (Candidate must be in Bangalore)
