Job Description : Engineer / Sr Engineer / Lead Engineer / Principal Engineer - SMART Solutions & AI Delivery

The Position

We are building the future of insurance with AI. Join our India Digital Innovation Unit to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform underwriting, claims, and operational efficiency for a leading global insurer. We invite AI Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers across 3 to 15 years of experience — from hands-on model builders to AI platform architects — to be part of our high-impact journey.

(Responsibilities scale with experience and level of ownership)

AI / ML Development :

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for risk scoring, underwriting automation, fraud detection, and claims analytics.
• Implement GenAI and NLP-driven applications for document understanding, customer support, and workflow orchestration.
