Role Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and data teams to build intelligent, scalable systems using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and design AI-driven solutions.
  • Research, design, and develop algorithms in ML / DL / NLP to solve real-world problems.
  • Build and optimize AI models for scalability, performance, and low latency.
  • Create robust data pipelines for model training and inference.
  • Integrate AI components into enterprise-level software systems.
  • Evaluate and benchmark AI frameworks and methodologies.
  • Conduct extensive model validation and ensure system reliability.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and data processing technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI / ML solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and applied statistics.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience with Streamlit or Gradio for prototyping (preferred).
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
