Lead Engineer – AI-Powered Full Stack Solutions (WFH)

Experience : 7 to 10 Years

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven expertise in delivering complex, cross-domain projects across AI, Fintech, Data, and Retail sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in full stack development using React.js, Node.js, Python , and modern databases (SQL / NoSQL) .
  • Hands-on experience in AI / ML API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph , and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) .
  • Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage sprints, and oversee project execution in Agile / Scrum environments .
  • Sound knowledge of cloud deployment and automation (AWS / Azure / GCP) with CI / CD and containerization experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full stack applications with React.js, Node.js, and Python.
  • Integrate AI / ML APIs into live systems, enabling intelligent automation and decision-making features.
  • Design and implement LangChain / LangGraph pipelines and manage vector databases for advanced AI interactions.
  • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability through robust design and continuous reviews.
  • Collaborate with data, product, and AI teams to align technical roadmaps and delivery timelines.
  • Manage end-to-end DevOps processes — from cloud deployment to CI / CD pipeline automation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI frameworks, tools, and LLM-based development trends to innovate within ongoing projects.
  • Take ownership of delivery , ensuring all projects meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.

    • Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in full stack development with proven expertise in React.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or Django .
  • Deep understanding of AI / ML integration using LangChain, LangGraph, and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).
  • Proven experience working with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD).
  • Strong foundation in API design, microservices, and distributed system architecture .
  • Prior leadership or mentorship experience in Agile / Scrum-based teams .
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills .
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline .
