Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, cash flow statements, and bank reconciliations.Conduct month-end close processes such as journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.Analyze variances from budget / forecasts and provide explanations for deviations.Ensure accurate accounting records by reviewing supporting documents (e.g., invoices, receipts) and resolving discrepancies.Maintain general ledger accuracy through regular reconciliations.Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in finance controlling with a focus on real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, cost control, month-end closing process.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to identify errors or discrepancies quickly.
