Role Overview :
The Technical Project Manager ERP leads and manages the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects (e.g., SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos). This includes coordination with cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with business goals, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.Oversee risk management, troubleshoot issues, and craft mitigation plans.Ensure clear communication with clients, project teams, and executives regarding project status and milestones.Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report regularly on progress.Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management throughout the ERP rollout.Monitor post-implementation performance and manage upgrades or enhancements as needed.Qualifications and Skills :
