Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll support end-to-end hiring for our clients, helping them find exceptional talent across roles and functions. You’ll work closely with both internal consultants and client teams, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other digital channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
• Manage candidate pipelines using our CRM / ATS tools.
• Support employer branding and job description creation.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to improve sourcing and outreach strategies.
• Analyze hiring trends and share insights to strengthen client outcomes.
