Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Guest Relations, based in Indore. The Assistant Manager will ensure superior guest experiences and satisfaction by managing front-line guest interactions and resolving any queries or complaints promptly. Key responsibilities include maintaining guest relationships, addressing guest feedback with professionalism, overseeing customer service initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service standards. The role also includes coordinating with different departments to provide seamless service and a memorable stay for guests. The Assistant Manager will take the initiative to train and mentor staff to uphold the hotel's 'Yours Truly' standard of hospitality excellence.
