Job descriptionProven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in service or outsourcing industries Ability to work with remote sales teams and manage virtual performance Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Results-oriented and resourceful in a fast-paced, remote environment Experience in the virtual assistant or outsourcing industry Track record of launching successful sales campaigns Familiarity with lead generation tools like Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator 100 percent remote work setup Opportunity to contribute to a growing company with a supportive team Growth-focused culture that values results, creativity, and initiative

- Identify growth opportunities and market trends to refine sales approaches
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and delivery
- Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate pipeline forecasting
