IndusInd Bank - Relationship Manager - Agri Business Group

The candidate will be responsible for bringing aggressive growth through DISBURSEMENT of New to Bank & existing book of the Agri Business segment.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with Business Analyst and Credit Analyst for managing sanction of pipeline cases for disbursement.
• Responsible for achieving Fund based and Non-Fund based targets and cross-selling of bank products as per assigned KRAs.
• Ensure Fee income and minimum spread as per guidelines of KRA.
• Ensure portfolio quality of the territory.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through maintenance of service quality and effectively addressing customer queries within the stipulated time frame.
• Responsible for timely disbursements on a daily basis.
