Your Role

• Conduct investigations into FTE / FTC complaints and concerns, ensuring a thorough and objective process.
• Pulse check for FTCs & FTEs from ER / IR perspective
• Grievance Redressal of FTCs and FTEs
• Workplace Incidents and Accidents
• ER Trainings (COC, POSH etc)
• Improving staff welfare
• Conflict resolution and management
• Manage statutory compliance for FTEs, FTCs, DHs and MHs
• Disciplinary Actions
