Role : .NET Application Support Engineer L2 / L3
Location : Bidadi, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities :
Level 2 Support :
Respond to and resolve application-related incidents and service requests.
Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor application performance and availability.
Document issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Collaborate with L1 support and escalate issues as needed.
Level 3 Support :
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in .NET applications.
Debug code and perform minor enhancements or bug fixes.
Work closely with development teams to deploy patches and updates.
Participate in release management and deployment activities.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications.
Technical Skills :
Strong proficiency in
C# ,
ASP.NET ,
MVC .
Experience with
SQL Server ,
Entity Framework , and
LINQ .
Familiarity with
REST APIs ,
Web Services , and
Windows Services .
Knowledge of
Azure / AWS cloud environments
is a plus.
Experience with
monitoring tools
(e.g., AppDynamics, New Relic, Azure Monitor).
Proficient in
debugging tools
and
log analysis .
