The Research Manager, Customer & Market Insights is an insight expert responsible for independently delivering OpCo level research programs that support everything from setting business strategy to guiding new product development. The job holder ensures that key global stakeholders have an appropriate and timely understanding of their customers and markets and that this insight is utilized to drive decision making.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer & Market Insights and is part of the Marketing function. The role is located in Bangalore , India and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do :

• Engaging key OpCo stakeholders to prioritize & shape bespoke primary and secondary research programs to drive critical, often complex, business decisions.
• Delivering the programs required to support the creation and subsequent execution of OpCo strategy.
• Delivering programs that align to the new product (ORP / PLP) processes supporting development from the early identification of customer needs / requirements to evaluating late-stage prototypes
• Supporting the Senior Manager in synthesizing and interpreting insights from both primary and secondary research.
• Supporting the Senior Manager in driving market orientation in the relevant OpCos including facilitating insight activation and consulting to guide business decision making.
• Supporting Senior Managers in providing on-the-job training, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members based in Bangalore.
