Role : Program Lead – Corporate Strategy (Research)

Location – Bangalore

Job Description :

As a Program Lead aligned with the Infosys Insights Team, you will manage high-quality work delivery, prepare comprehensive plans, and ensure effective stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include overseeing research projects, reviewing analysts' work, and providing strategic insights to our senior leadership. You will apply research tools to analyze key market trends, identify actionable insights, design consultative solutions, and suggest creative ideas. Additionally, you will drive original thought papers, Point-of-View analysis, liaise with global colleagues, mentor new analysts, and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Insights :

• Track and analyze key market and client priorities related to growth strategies, competition, innovation, industry disruptions, and alliances and ecosystems.
• Present to-the-point and actionable insights / recommendations for Infosys’ senior leadership with an acute focus on ‘so-what’ for Infosys’ clients and businesses
• Apply research tools and methodologies to draw original insights, develop consultative solutions and publish industry white papers.
• Connect various pieces of information by identifying patterns and forming logical structures to present a compelling story.
• Contribute to team activities and guide new team members;

Manage project results adhering to quality guidelines

Experience working directly with senior leadership is preferred.

Qualification :

Experience : Minimum 3 years PQE
