Scale / Performance Testing Professional

Job description

• 4+ years of experience in performance and scale testing.
• Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (eg, Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential performance issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (eg, New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana).
• Knowledge of EMS, NMS, network protocols and web technologies (HTTP, REST, WebSockets).
• Experience with database performance testing.
