Performance Analysis :

Analyzing performance data from simulations, identifying bottlenecks, and working with design and architecture teams to resolve performance issues.

Debugging :

Reproducing, root causing, and debugging performance issues in simulations

Documentation :

Creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation of test plans, results, and methodologies.

Performance Tuning :

Working with teams to tune the design and software to optimize performance, including adjusting parameters and configurations.

Correlation :

Ensuring correlation between performance models, RTL simulations, and silicon results.

Required Skills and Experience : 7+ yrs of experience with the following :

Technical Expertise :

Strong understanding of microarchitecture, performance analysis techniques, and verification methodologies.

Programming Skills :

Proficiency in languages like Systemverilog, C, C++, Perl, Python for developing verification tools and automation scripts.

Problem-Solving :

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, debug, and resolve performance issues.
