Performance Tester - Guidewire

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in JUnit or JMeter and hands-on exposure to the Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance test plans to ensure the scalability, reliability, and stability of Guidewire applications under load.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for Guidewire applications.
• Use JUnit and / or JMeter to simulate realistic user workloads.
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and work with development teams to tune application performance.
• Create performance test scripts and frameworks aligned with business scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers, functional testers, and infrastructure teams to plan and execute performance testing strategies.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Splunk.
• Prepare detailed test reports and performance metrics for stakeholders.
