Job Title : Tech Lead - React

Experience : 8+ years

Location : Ahmedabad / Hybrid / Remote

Key Responsibilities :

• Define frontend architecture and strategy for React / Next.js applications.
• Establish and maintain design systems, reusable component libraries, and Storybook documentation.
• Lead adoption of modern build tools (Vite, Turbopack, NX) for performance and scalability.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation from Figma designs, enforcing accessibility (WCAG) and responsive principles.
• Introduce and manage AI-powered developer workflows (automated testing, code review, design-to-code pipelines).
• Drive consistency across teams by setting up frontend coding standards, linting rules, and architectural patterns.
• Provide guidance on SSR, SSG, caching, micro-frontends, and performance tuning.
• Lead integration strategies across frontend and backend (Node.js, GraphQL, REST, MongoDB).
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, scaling their technical leadership.
