Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and manage a team of software engineers. The ideal candidate should have experience in React JS, Next JS, Node JS, Python , FASTAPI, SQL Alchemy, Pydantic , Uvicorn, Express JS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Server, REST API, Azure Cloud, and DevOps, GraphQL, Strapi. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the development process, providing technical guidance, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

  • Manage and lead a team of software engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products
  • Provide technical guidance to the team to help them design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Ensure that the team is delivering according to the roadmap and product vision
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure the deployment, testing, and monitoring of software products
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Proven experience in React JS, Next JS, Node JS, Express JS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Server, REST API, Python , FASTAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic , Uvicorn ,Azure Cloud, and DevOps, MEAN and MERN Stack, GraphQL, Strapi
  • Must have good exposure of Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud and SDLC.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Experience in leading and managing distributed teams
  • Experience in managing recruitment and onboarding processes
