Relationship Manager- Home Loan Sales

Job descriptionBuild long-term relationships with home loan customers. Handle queries, ensure satisfaction, and coordinate for smooth loan approvals. Guide DSAs with documentation and compliance. Coordinate with credit and processing teams for quick disbursements. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Track team performance, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliance.
Looking for a passionate and goal-driven Relationship Manager (Home Loan Sales - DSA)
You'll work closely with a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to drive home loan sales , build strong customer relationships, and ensure a smooth loan process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Sales & Business Development :
- Achieve home loan sales targets through DSAs.
- Onboard new DSAs and expand the network.
- Support DSAs with sales strategies and lead conversion.

Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Graduate (preferred in Finance, Sales, or Marketing).
Experience : 2–3 years in Home Loan Sales or Financial Product Sales .
Prior experience managing DSAs or Sales Teams is an advantage.
Strong communication , negotiation , and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in MS Office , CRM tools , and loan processing software .
