Responsibilities
Drive and achieve sales targets across residential and commercial portfolios.
Generate new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships.
Handle high-value negotiations with confidence and integrity.
Act as a trusted advisor and not just a salesperson, delivering value to every client interaction.
Qualifications
2–3 years of proven sales experience (real estate experience a plus).
A passion for hitting targets and growing your network.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfort using CRM tools and working in a performance-driven culture.
A self-starter attitude where you don’t wait for direction, you create opportunities.
