Job Description
We are hiring Business Development Executives to drive field sales and manage real estate inventory. The role requires strong client interaction skills, property site visits, and coordination with developers to ensure accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct property site visits with prospective buyers / investors.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely decisions and sales closures.
- Maintain and update project inventory (pricing, availability, offers).
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate (MBA preferred) with 1–4 years of experience in real estate / field sales.Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.Knowledge of the local real estate market preferred.Target-driven, self-motivated & comfortable with field work.Salary & Benefits
