Job Title : Senior Operations Manager

Location : Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary : Up to ₹50,000 CTC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations for our city / region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in last-mile logistics, team management, and operational excellence within the quick commerce or e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and daily order fulfillment targets.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and fleet management.
• Ensure compliance with city-level logistics, insurance, and vehicle requirements.
• Lead and motivate on-ground teams including Operations Leads, Executives, and Fleet Managers.
• Manage petty cash, invoicing validation, and financial reconciliations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
• Monitor rider engagement, performance, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Admin, and Tech teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
