Role Overview :
We’re looking for a high-performing Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale our buyer experience and sales teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution, ensuring exceptional customer trust while driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build, manage, and mentor sales teams across markets
- Design and implement sales playbooks and systems
- Drive key sales metrics – conversions, revenue targets, and NPS
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Pre-sales teams to refine the buyer journey
- Lead forecasting, performance tracking, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For :
6+ years of experience in B2C sales leadership (Real Estate, Auto, or other high-value consumer categories preferred)Proven experience building and scaling sales teams in a startup or product-based companyStrong process and data orientationExcellent people management and problem-solving skillsComfortable with a 6-day work week and on-ground presence at Powai officeLocation : Powai, Mumbai
Work Mode : Onsite (6 days / week)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days preferred
