Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow CMDB Developer to join our ITSM team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB architecture, data modeling, and integration strategies within the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of configuration data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CMDB structures and workflows in ServiceNow
• Implement and optimize IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine) and ETL mappings for data ingestion
• Align CMDB architecture with the CSDM (Common Service Data Model) framework
• Configure and enhance CMDB Workspace for improved visibility and usability
• Develop intuitive UI components and workflows to support CMDB operations
• Apply de-duplication and normalization strategies to maintain data quality
• Establish and manage data certification processes to ensure ongoing accuracy
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues related to CMDB performance and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ITSM, ITOM, and asset management initiatives.
