Job descriptionGood knowledge on different Service Now modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Service Management, CMDB, Service Portal , Workspaces etcAbility to both configure and demonstrate solutions in the ServiceNow platformExperience in ServiceNow Mobile App development and configurations.Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Performance Analytics in depth knowledge.Hands on in Workspaces customization – Service Operation Workspace, Asset WorkspaceImplementation experience in writing test cases in Automated Tested FrameworkUnderstanding of client side and server-side scripting - business rules, script actions, script includes, UI pages, UI macro, etc.Flow Designer configuration, report development, integration componentsShould have good understanding of Data Sources, Import sets and Transform maps.Understand the Service Level Agreement for support environment.Good to have external tools integration done with ServiceNow using web services (SOAP, REST) and e-bondingGood Knowledge of ITIL Framework along with processes.Ability to suggest new approaches for the implementation of new module.In depth knowledge of servicenow to find Product level bugs post upgrade.Ability to implement end to end module using service now componentsShould have workspaces customisation experience
