Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Workflow Service Delivery (WSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM).

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and CSM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform system analysis, design, and testing of ServiceNow applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules.
Maintain and upgrade ServiceNow platforms and ensure system security and performance.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills :

Strong experience in ServiceNow Development .

In-depth knowledge of ITSM , HRSD , WSD , and CSM modules.

Expertise in scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide API.

Experience in creating and managing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data models.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions.

Certifications (Preferred) :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Additional Information :

Immediate to 15 days notice period preferred.

Willingness to work from Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai office locations.
