Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement and maintain robust QA / QC systems to meet precision engineering standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, planning, and quality control.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of output.
• Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
• Lead and mentor production staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
