Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in the Food & Beverage (F&B) space in hospitality industry with one of our client. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inventory management, supply chain coordination, vendor management, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Handle inventory control, stock planning, and material procurement to minimize wastage and shortages.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production, sales, and procurement teams to align business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).10–15 years of experience in F&B operations, inventory management, or supply chain.Strong understanding of inventory control systems, stock management, and vendor coordination.Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.Strong communication and team management skills.Candidates must have stable previous employment journey.Benefits
