Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, monitoring and analyzing data to improve customer engagement, and implementing customer segmentation strategies. The CRM Manager will also coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute personalized campaigns and projects.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze customer data
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with different teams
• Experience in sales and market segmentation
• Proficiency in project management to execute CRM initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in CRM software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
• Experience in the financial or trading industry is a plus
