Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize workflows in HubSpot and other marketing automation tools
- Maintain and improve the marketing database for segmentation, personalization, and targeting
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch and monitor email campaigns, nurture flows, and lead scoring
- Set up tracking parameters (UTMs) and ensure proper data collection across platforms
- Manage landing page and form creation, and ensure proper syncing with lead capture systems
- Track, measure, and report on key metrics related to campaign performance, ROI, and funnel progression
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and conversion
- Create dashboards and marketing performance reports for stakeholders
- Streamline and document marketing processes for scalability and repeatability
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, marketing, and product teams
- Manage the marketing tech stack and evaluate new tools to enhance productivity
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and adherence to best practices in database management
- Manage opt-in / opt-out preferences and marketing permissions
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or digital marketingProficiency in HubSpot is a must; experience with additional tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, or Zoho is a strong plusStrong understanding of CRM systems and email marketing best practicesExperience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HotjarProficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reportingSolid project management skills; ability to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholdersDetail-oriented, data-driven mindset with a passion for process improvementExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSkills Required
