We are looking for a Performance Test Architect with 9-14 years of experience in the IT industry, who is passionate about ensuring high performance of software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvement. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools and techniques
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve performance issues
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with performance testing standards and best practices
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in performance testing
