Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our team on-site in Ahmedabad. The role includes managing end-to-end client interactions, ensuring timely execution of projects, and contributing to business development efforts. You will be the primary point of contact for clients — from initial inquiry to post-project support — ensuring smooth communication and exceptional customer experience.

Travel to exhibitions, client meetings, and project locations will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client briefs and effectively communicate requirements to internal design & production teams
• Develop customized solutions that align with client goals and brand objectives
• Generate new business opportunities and support sales efforts
• Conduct client presentations and assist in proposal preparation
• Maintain detailed sales and project tracking reports daily
• Ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction throughout
• Travel for client visits, exhibitions, and on-site supervision as needed
