IT Principal Consultant – Planning & S&OP (Aurora Program)

Project Context :

This is a strategic global transformation initiative focused on redesigning and deploying advanced planning capabilities across markets. The consultant will support the Planning workstream—contributing to data validation, functional and user acceptance testing, deployment, and post–go-live stabilization.

Role Summary :

The IT Principal Consultant will play a key role in implementing Planning and S&OP processes across APAC markets, working closely with the Aurora Planning project team, DTS, regional business units, and IT to ensure the successful delivery of program milestones.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the design and configuration of planning processes and tools.
• Validate inbound / outbound data and statistical forecasting models.
• Participate in Pre-UAT functional testing and UAT execution.
• Collaborate with business units for issue / bug triage and resolution.
• Develop test cases and ensure test data / environment readiness.
• Support defect resolution and stakeholder walkthroughs / sign-offs.
• Contribute to change management, training materials, and documentation.
• Provide hands-on support during cutover and hypercare phases, monitoring data accuracy and performance.
• Partner with regional teams to drive consistency in execution and adoption.
