Q2 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join the Leadership Team of the Service Delivery Centre of Excellence (CoE). As part of this role, you will contribute to delivering innovative digital banking solutions to our North American Banking & Financial Services Clientele. Joining a high-performance team, you'll be at the forefront of technology, involved in implementing and supporting custom code for clients. Q2 is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our digital banking division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on technical experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity leading a team of engineers. The Technical Delivery Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of our digital banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in our delivery processes.
Prior experience (hands-on experience will be an added advantage) with tools like Bit bucket, Jenkins, SQL, Nomad, Vault, Splunk, JIRA & Salesforce
Typically requires 1-2 years managing and developing employees with a proven track record of technical leadership and project delivery.
