About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Specialist to join our international sales team. In this role, you will focus on prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition in global markets (US, Europe, UAE). The ideal candidate will have experience selling IT staffing or technology services, a strong understanding of global client engagement, and the ability to close high-value deals while collaborating with delivery and recruitment teams.
Role Responsibilitie
- sGenerate, qualify, and nurture leads in international markets (US, EU, UAE) for IT Services / Staffing
- .Engage with CXOs, procurement teams, and hiring managers to pitch technology staffing solutions
- .Work on VMS / MSP models for global contract staffing fulfillment
- .Prepare and deliver proposals, RFPs, and agreements aligned with client expectations
- .Collaborate with recruitment & delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding & project execution
Required Qualificatio
nsExperience in Outbound Sales, preferably in IT staffing or technology services.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualificati
onsPrior experience in AI / Technology / SaaS industries.Exposure to international B2B sales and client relationship management.
Good to
HaveHands-on experience with Sales CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
