KRA :
- Identifying sector wise potential of Corporate Training opportunities in different companies in IT&ITES space
- Develop new business opportunities and lead generation via telesales activity
- Following up on generated leads & recording all activities onto Leads management system
- Identify and follow up on new business leads
- Assist Sales team in qualifying prospects
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to the new prospects & adjust to meet the needs of the specific prospects.
- As an Outbound Sales Representatives work, he should work to make appointments for other outside Sales Consultants
- Conduct outbound telesales activity to organizations to sell training opportunities
- New business generation by Influencing, negotiating and persuading stakeholders to use Centum s services
