Job Summary :
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration-Executive / Assistant Manager with 510 years of experience in the pharma industry . The ideal candidate will support the sales and marketing divisions by managing reporting systems, coordinating field operations, processing incentives and expenses, and maintaining essential sales data. This role requires strong communication, data management, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and manage field force daily reporting via online portals.Send monthly activity reports to Division Heads.Track primary and secondary sales , and generate performance reportsProcess marketing activity requests and maintain necessary records.Assist in sales analysis, report preparation, and audit documentation .Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.Required Skills :
Good understanding of pharma sales processes and reporting structuresProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM toolsAbility to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlinesStrong communication and coordination skillsHigh attention to accuracy and detail in data handlingSkills Required
