Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies supporting recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.
- Oversee the design, creation, and delivery of training programs across online and in-person formats.
- Conduct skill gap analyses, measure training effectiveness, and report progress to leadership.
- Manage learning technologies, including LMS platforms, and coordinate with external training vendors for quality delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry and organizational learning standards.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, development, and knowledge sharing across all teams.
Main Qualifications
Proven experience in Learning & Development , ideally within the staffing or HR industry .Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (L&D certification preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent project management and analytical abilities.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools .Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning programs to organizational goals.Skills Required
