Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Pune, India

Corporate Title : Associate

Role Description

GTI Transformation is responsible for the ongoing management, development and execution of Deutsche Bank's hybrid cloud strategy.
The position will be based in Pune. This significant role covers two main areas of responsibility.
Governance and oversight of the scope and pipeline of applications migrating to Public and Private Cloud

Your Key Responsibilities

Maintain application golden source and ensure application readiness for the initiation of the application migration

Ensuring that scope and requirements for new and ongoing IT projects are understood both from a high-level management view, and at low-level app view

Manage application migration pipeline in conjunction with the CIO delivery leads and application teams

Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including CIOs, PMO & Programme / Delivery Managers, Finance providing timely responses to ad-hoc queries when required

Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement wherever possible, leveraging best practice

Your Skills And Experience

Demonstrable collaborative working as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment, capable of handling different important tasks simultaneously, with ability to challenge and prioritise

Strong written & oral communication skills, able to work with global stakeholders at all levels

Self-starter who can manage his / her time effectively and operate independently, being proactive with line management when help and guidance is required to progress

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Additional preferred requirements

Previously owning product backlogs, sprint planning and driving release content throughout via prioritised stories

Previous experience of requirements generation, triage, and delivery process
