We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with sales experience, enabling them to effectively support our sales team and provide tailored solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and responding to RFPs by providing technical expertise.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product developments to effectively position offerings.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Proficiency in product knowledge related to the industry, including software and hardware solutions.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about customer needs and solutions.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively.Education
