Digivik Business Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Pune, specializing in helping restaurants and hospitality brands build a strong online presence through creative storytelling, strategic campaigns, and performance-driven marketing. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take charge of social media marketing for our clients and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute social media strategies for restaurant and F&B clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage content calendars , oversee creatives, captions, and posting schedules.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive engagement, reservations, and brand visibility.
• Develop and maintain the brand voice and online reputation for multiple clients.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports .
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to create compelling content.
• Stay updated with social media trends , influencer marketing opportunities, and new AI or automation tools.
• Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
