Job description

What you will be doing :

  • Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, internet culture, and memes to create content that drives engagement, attracts followers, and increases brand visibility.
  • Monitor market-related conversations to ensure timely and relevant posting.
  • Collaborate with journalists, editors, and the content team to highlight top stories and analysis.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content strategy accordingly.
  • Respond to audience interactions and foster community engagement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of the curve

What we are looking for :

  • 2-5 years of experience managing social media for a media, news, or digital content company.
  • Strong understanding of X, Facebook, and Instagram best practices.
  • Ability to create short, engaging copy aligned with the kind of content we post.
  • Experience with analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Prior experience in web3 media is a strong plus.

    • Things to Note :

  • This is a full-time remote role.
  • You'll be working closely with the content team to ensure social amplification of news and stories.
  • Working days : Monday - Friday
  • Timings : 10 AM - 7 PM IST
  • Pay range : 4.5LPA - 8LPA
