Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor role located in Gurgaon. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on properties, understanding client requirements, conducting property searches, coordinating site visits, and assisting in the negotiation and deal-closure process. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining a strong network of industry connections and staying updated on market trends to better assist clients.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with expertise in client interaction and relationship building
• Ability to conduct property market analysis and provide data-driven insights
• Proficiency in communication and presentation, both written and verbal
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requirements efficiently
• Knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and legal procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in real estate advisory or sales is a valuable addition
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
