Job descriptionGraduate, 12th pass can also do if person has good command on English language Experience in the real estate industry. Conduct daily morning surveys of properties or projects within the assigned territory. Manage effective communication and build rapport with clients (must possess strong talking / interpersonal skills). Demonstrate proficiency in client closing skills to finalize property transactions. Thorough knowledge of South Delhi properties / projects and local real estate landscape. Possession of a personal motorbike / two-wheeler / car for daily travel. Ownership and operational use of a smartphone for communication and reporting.
