Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in OTM along with a sound understanding of transportation and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze logistics processes, and design effective OTM-based solutions.
• Configure, customize, and implement various OTM modules covering order management, planning, execution, visibility, and settlement.
• Conduct workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective use of OTM functionalities.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, design documents, test plans, and implementation guides.
• Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integration of OTM with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OTM-related issues, including performance tuning and bug fixes.
• Stay updated with OTM product developments and industry trends to suggest process improvements.
• Experience in On-premises to Cloud Migration and strong domain knowledge in logistics is highly desirable.
