OTM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled OTM Lead Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to lead and manage OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in configuring OTM modules, managing project deliveries, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. The candidate will also be responsible for managing project accounts, facilitating client interactions, and supporting system upgrades and migrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage project accounts with a comprehensive techno-functional understanding of OTM applications.
• Engage in day-to-day interactions with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates, deliverables, and gather new change requests.
• Configure OTM modules, design business requirements, and implement solutions for migration projects.
• Expertise in OTM & GTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract & Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration & Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance, and Trade Management.
• Develop and manage system components such as Agents, Saved Queries, Action Checks, Custom Actions, Screensets, Manager Layouts, Workbenches, user preferences, favorites, and data import / export (CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL).
• Handle OTM & GTM quarterly upgrades and ensure system stability during upgrades.
• Integrate OTM with other enterprise modules such as EBS, JDE, SAP, etc.
• Gather customer requirements, analyze supply chain business processes, create functional specifications, and translate them for technical teams.
• Prepare test data, conduct internal and user acceptance testing, manage go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support.
• Drive regular status meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) with stakeholders.
• Coordinate administrative and operational processes within the project and with stakeholders.
• Maintain and develop standards, processes, and best practices for project execution.
• Maintain knowledge of Financials related to Invoice Approval Rules and Match Rule Profiles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and system integrity.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
