Responsibilities :

• Responsible for helping teams manage paid social campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting.
• Design and deliver structured training programs (beginner to advanced) across Search and Paid Social platforms.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees
• Develop platform-specific and cross-channel learning paths aligned to business goals.
• Partner with Capability Leads and Team Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps, and certification requirements.
• Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement.
• Conduct live workshops, certification bootcamps (e.G., Meta Blueprint, Google Skillshop), and simulation-based learning.
• Create, maintain, and update training materials, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and automation frameworks across campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
• Contribute to career pathing initiatives by mapping.
