Cog Digital - Manager - Business Development

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across diverse industry sectors.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's client base.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their marketing and communication needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, digital) to develop compelling pitches and proposals.
• Lead end-to-end pitch processes - from prospecting to presentation to closure.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
• Represent the agency at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance visibility.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular business development reports to leadership.
• Foster client satisfaction and retention by ensuring seamless onboarding and communication.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within an advertising, branding, or marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and media landscapes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships and close deals.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
